Ask Building Control Ltd was founded in 2012 by its co-directors Paul Sessford and Paul Willmore. The directors have a desire to provide a positive Building Control experience by encouraging an early dialogue with clients to help develop their ideas and aspirations into reality.
Ask Building Control Ltd was founded in 2012 by its co-directors Paul Sessford and Paul Willmore. The directors have a desire to provide a positive Building Control experience by encouraging an early dialogue with clients to help develop their ideas and aspirations into reality.
There is a misconception that Building Regulation approval can only be sought via the Local Authority. This is not correct, and the government has now licenced private companies to provide a full Building Regulation service. Ask Building Control Ltd is the only Harrogate based private company providing such a service.
As Chartered Building Control Surveyors, we are qualified and experienced private sector building control professionals who are able to make all decisions on matters relating to Building Regulation approval, from design stage through to satisfactory completion on site.
